Leave gecko in or out during tank cleanings

I've had my leo a couple of weeks.

I've wiped down the tank twice with a vinegar solution.

Both times I've done this, I've left her in the tank.

I'm worried her tail will drop if I try and remove her.

If I use a safe solution, is there anything wrong with this. She doesn't seem to mind. She did taste the solution once today off the glass. Nosey little reptile.

i like to take animals out while cleaning just for the simple fact that they get in the way. at the pet store where i work it really isn't possible to take many of the reptiles out while cleaning and they seem fine. we use a product called wipe out 2 by zoomed. we're careful to make sure the animal never comes in contact with the product while wet though.
