Left over mealies

Hi I was wondering what you do with mealies that haven't been eaten in your tanks. I have a rack and approx. half of the leos eat mealies. I place @ 20 in a cup for them to feed when covienant. After a 3 to 5 days I'll swap them out for fresher mealies. The questions is what to do with the leftovers/aliens if I toss them into a bin to feed them and allow them to pupate. Do I have to worry about possible disease transferance? Thanks

I call those Senior citizen worms.
Suggest to add a small cut of carrot to your cup
of 20 worms.
Mine go into the reproducing tub of beetles, aliens,
and elderly worms, soon to be aliens.
That's just my way. I have never read or seen any
signs of meal worm disease here.
Take care. Hj
