Leo decided he no longer likes superworms, refuses to eat them

So I have a 1 year old leo that has been eating superworms problem-free for about 6 months, but just recently he became a picky eater. Before, he would eat just about anything that moved in his tank (crickets, mealies, superworms, waxies), and I fed him superworms largely for the ease of care.

Now we will turn to look at the superworm, follow it with his head like he is going to eat it, and then lose interest. He will eat waxworms, but I'd rather not just feed him those, since he would eat a lot of them and get fat (he's 11 inches long and weighed about 120g before he decided to go on hunger-strike, already a hefty gecko).

Tank conditions are good, one side warm, one side cool, hides in both. While this is a relatively new tank for him, he has been in this tank and eating for a bit.

He is pooping, and he's on paper towel, so I don't think its an impaction.

Also the tank is only lit by the room lighting, warm side of tank is heated through a heating pad under the tank. Temps are good and warm.

I wouldn't worry to much, sometimes these guys just get bored of the same feeder. Try other items such as dubia, or other types of worms. if he still doesn't want them then let him go hungry till he is ready to eat. At 120grams he is in NO danger of starving! :) be strong and refuse to give waxworms!!!
