leo hiding all the time

i just bought my leo "wesson"(yes we have another gecko named smith). anyways i am sure he is just trying to get used to his new house but he is always either hiding behind his humid hide or in the hide. he rarely ever comes out. i also fed him 2 crickets and he didnt eat them at all..they drowned in his water. is this normal? or should i be a bit worried? this is my first leo

it may take a week for it too get use to its environment just leave him be and give him food and water

What is your setup? Are they males, kept together? How old are they?

they are not both leos..i have a crested and a leo. they are not in the same tank. my leo was born on 4-27-10
