C) Problem
- Please briefly describe the problem and how long it has been going on: She ate the first 2 days that I had her ( picked up shipment Wednesday August 3rd) and then has refused to eat since then. I wouldn't be so worried since I just recieved her but she has lost 3 grams since I had her.

She is a Tangerine Enigma and is acting normal except she will not eat and is losing wieght. She was brought to a vet ( I take all new geckos to the vet when I get them for a check) and fecal tests and exam were normal. I have tried literally every feeder possible in every way possible. Its really wierd that she is losing wieght so fast. Any help would be appreciated.

+1 Laney....also if you have only had her a little over a week I would say give her time. At the weight she is at you have a little leway! My Leo from Kelli at the day after I got him..and then went off food for about 2.5weeks, lost a couple of grams but is now chowing and gaining like a champ! If fecals were normal I say just give her time! Try to leave her completely alone except for trying to feed. If she isn't interested then just let her be. Good luck!

I checked for ovulation but do not see any signs. She was a breeder but was done breeding. I will give it some more time. She is the first one that has completely refused to eat for me so I am probably more worried then I should be. Thanks!

Yea you are :) but thats ok I was really nervous too when Pyro didn't eat for those 2 weeks. Thats the HUGE bonus of purchasing a nice sized Leo, you have breathing room when it comes to stuff like this!!

My leos didn't eat for two weeks when I got them :)

Since she is still pooing I wouldn't worry too much. Just make sure there is always supers in her dish (or your choice of feeders) so she can grab them when she decides she's hungry.

Hope all stays well!
