Hiya,

My Leo Mia used to be very active catching her food, now she seems to be lazy. Only when I hand feed her and even then looks like it's a half asked leap to grab the food. Sometimes needing a second attempt.

She also seems to have a fat tail, I know it's for food stores but she is being feed every day. 1-2 locusts daily and I leave 1 in there for her to find (which she doesn't)

Should I be worried or stave her for few days? Not sure what to do

Thanks

Andy

try feeding crickets or silkworms. Changing up the food can help get your leo to eat. Some reptiles become bored with their food and like variety!

If she has a real fat tail and she is getting lazy about catching food she is probably being fed too often. Once full grown and fat they don't eat nearly as much. I would not feed more than 2 or 3 times a week.
