We've had our leo for just over a year now. We had some problems with him eating at the beginning but after a couple of weeks he started eating properly and has been fine up until a few weeks ago.

He normally eats 5-6 crickets or locusts every day, every now again we give him a wax worm as a treat. A few weeks ago he started regurgitating, and this is happening nearly every time we feed him. He still has his appetite, whenever we go near the tank he thinks hes getting fed and will still eat but he just cant seem to keep it down.

He now wont eat crickets or locusts at all but will eat mealies. He can eat 4 one day and be fine but the next day we will feed him the same but will regurgitate. He still has his appetite and isnt lethargic but his poop is now different, more runny. He has lost weight and his tail has gone thin but we put this down to the regurgitating.

His temp on cold side is 74 and on the hot is about 90. We currently have him on tile and have done for the last year. We had a fecal test done about september last year when he had problems eating and this came back fine. He hasnt been in contact with any other gecko's other than the pet shop where we bought him.

We would be really grateful for any ideas!

Crickets carry pinworms, he may have an overload of them or another parasite that hitchhiked in on a feeder. Take him to the vet for another fecal, and save them a sample of his regurge if you can. Call and ask if they would like the sample refrigerated or not. If it's been since last year, anything could have changed since then.

Also, you could bump your temps up about 5F on each end.
