Leo wont leave cold side

My Leo has just went through a shed and has been going in his moist hide almost all the time. I thought this was normal, but he finally shed 2 nights ago and hes still been in his moist hide on the cold side almost constantly. My temperatures are at about 90 on the hot side and 80 on the cold. Is this normal or should I be concerned? He may just really like lying in the moss that's inside the moist hide, but i'm not sure. He used to spend most of his time in the cave on the hot side so that's the only reason i'm a little concerned. Any advice would be appreciated.

Try lowering the temp on the warm side. Maybe it just prefers slightly cooler temperatures.

Hot side too hot? Hot side too dry?

lower the cold side to room temp or hot side to 86*F. some just like cooler temps every now and then.
