First off Megan it's spelled "MONTHS"... second you have a lot going on in that viv. How many leos are you housing in that viv? Your new one is smaller and could be getting bullied by the other leos. Leos aren't comunal animals and living in a group could be stressing him. Next he's staying away from the end with the basking light... lights are generally frowned upon as the brightness causes leos excessive stress. A uth that is poperly sized should be the only heat source you need and leos don't require uv lighting.

Then the obvious questions... what substrait, what are your temps like, are you offering a mix of different feeders, and crix might be too much effort for him to catch. Try removing their jumper legs or move onto mealies or supers to see if those work any better for him. Personally I'd put the new leo in his own viv. He should have been quarantined for at least 30-60 days before introducing him to an established group. Also it would help the membership out if you could fill out the care questionaire at the top of the health section (it's a sticky, just copy and paste it into this thread) so everyone isn't asking a ton of qestions to find out your basic husbandry. Hopefully this is just settling in/husbandry issues and not a sick leo.

I would get that gecko in its own enclosure, where it should've been all along. New reptiles should always be quarantined for a couple of months before putting them with other geckos. This helps you rule out any problems (parasites/etc.) in the lizard that is being quarantined for a good amount of time. This also ensures that you aren't giving your other lizards a disease that certain reptile may have.
Leopard Geckos are solitary animals. They are simply healthiest and happiest living on their own. It is much easier for diseases in the fecal matter to be passed when housing multiple geckos together, and many of those diseases are fatal or incredibly hard to treat (crypto, coccidea).
Ditch that overhead light, it causes unneseccary stress on your nocturnal animals. I would invest in an UTH (under-tank heater) that can be placed at the warm side and left on 24/7.
I believe your gecko is under the stress of the big enclosure, his cagemates, and possibly the stress of trying to catch crickets. I would invest in a pair of feeding tongs to feed mealworms, they are easier to catch, and feeding tongs are MUCH more sanitary than hand-feeding.
If placed in his own enclosure and he still doesn't feed after about a week, than I would suspect that there is something more serious going on and a trip to a good reptile vet would be your best bet.

Best of luck.
