First things first you need to get rid of the overhead lamps and invest in a under tank heater geckos need belly heat not overhead Plus bright lights can be harsh on their eyes does overhead heaters can also be drying out your gecko skin which is causing the shedding problem in the under tank heater will help digest food which might also be a reason why he has stopped eating I hope this helps also do you have a moist hide / humid hide

Here are the thing I noticed:

You are using a dial stick-on thermometer when you should be using a digital thermometer with a probe. You need to measure the ground temps, not the air temps. It should about 32 C over the ground over the heat mat.

I agree, you need to lose the lights. Lights are stressful to leopard geckos and very unnecessary.

You should use a multivitamin supplement as well. Lack of things like vitamin A can cause shedding problems and eye problems.

What are jelly pots?

Not eating around the time of shedding is not abnormal, but it could also be due to your temperatures not being correct or the light being stressful.

As for the bump... Do you have any pictures?

A multivitamin can be bought from usually any pet stores that carry reptiles, even pets mart carries Herpivite I believe. If not, ebay is selling Exoterra Multivitamin for only 11.99 shipping included to Canada, might be cheaper if you're in the states too

Hi sorry for late reply his lump has now gone, I think he has eaten now but whatvi think may of happened is when he was shedding and eating his skin he accidentially ate the moss as well and I have a picture of his stool.

Sorry, I missed the bit where you said you had a digital thermometer. So does that mean you're measuring 25 C on the floor above the heat pad? Because that is way too cold. Try getting it up to 32 C.

Moss isn't the best choice of substrate. I've heard of too many geckos eating it. Trying switching to Eco earth.
