Leopard Gecko Charlie: The Nocturnal Loner.

Just got him today. He was the cheapest and prettiest I saw :] Petsmart was charging 5 dollars extra. Gotta love when they wiggle their tails before they go in for the kill! so adorable.

Little guys soo cute! He's so little and let you pick him up? Lucky.. I wish I could do that with mine.

i try not to pick mine up. He'll run away but once I get him he chills out and then doesn't want to get off my hand.

Ive started sticking my hand near him in the cage and not moving it much - letting him investigate and lick my hands. And Ill put meal worms on it for him to eat. I figure once he crawls on to my hand on his own Ill slowly start to pick him up and get him used to being handled.

He's not vicious at all though. His only protests have been quiet protests of running away haha

@moonlitegram: Right when i saw him i knew i had to have him :] i really like the colors too!

@reptilery: The first picture is when i took him out of the bag he didnt put up a fight so i took a picture before i put him in his new home. I tried holding him again for a second picture but he was running like i was going to eat him. :[ So i'll give him a couple days alone. Cant wait to get it tamed!

Although i dont even know the sex yet. A name change may be neeeded hehe

My leo is still hesitant when i put my hand in the cage, until i keep still palm up. She will run out and smell and lick my hand a few times, then slowly crawls up. After that i cant get her out of my hand lol she thinks my arms are a sweet tree to climb on and starts pawing the glass every time i go near it. Good luck with your new buddy
