Leopard Gecko Eating Habits

Hi, I am new to the forums, this is actually my very first post.
I have had lots of experience with reptiles, mainly large python species, boas, & tortoises. In all the time I've been involved with reptiles I have had poor luck with egg-layers. I decided that now after moving to Florida, I would start a project with leopard geckos. I am hoping to gain a bit of experience with an egg-laying species that are a little different than my other reptiles. I was able to get myself set up with a group of leos from two trusted breeders. My group of 16 has been doing great now for about 4 months, but now I have a few questions before moving ahead.
So, here is my first question. How can I get some of my less vigorous geckos to eat? I have been feeding superworms & crickets. most of my group eat like sharks when I feed them, but I have some that are less inclined to eat, and 3 that have decided not to eat at all. I have observed some of them go off feed for a week or so, and then they will eat again without trouble, but the 3 that stopped have not shown any renewed appetite. All 16 are housed in a rack system, so they are in the same temperature conditions.
I appreciate any advice.
Thanks
-Bill

Hello, I am a first time owner of a leo. Today is the fourth day we've had him. So in the winter do you just keep feeding them everyday and if they don't eat take the old and put fresh crickets and mealworms in every day? Thanks in advance!

Yes keep trying to feed them. Best thing to do with crickets is not to let them run free in the cage. Some people have had problems with the crickets eating the toes tips of tails and even the eye of sleeping leopard geckos. I had feed my leo 1 at a time.

Some are more sensitive than others. I would monitor their weight every week or two and make sure they are maintaining. If they are I wouldn't worry about them not eating. I have a group of four that three seem to barely eat but are slightly chunky and one is super fat...haha. The fat one is getting moved when my new rack gets here so she can have a personal nutrition plan crafted by me...lol
