Leopard gecko has mites...?

Some websites say that leopard geckos CAN get snake mites, and others say that snake mites only target snakes and not leopard geckos.

But a few days ago I unknowingly put my juvenile leopard gecko in a tank that previously housed one of my snakes that I just discovered has snake mites. I went to inspect my leo and when I picked her up she had 3 mites under her, but I looked her all over and I didn't see any mites on her. She's very light colored, almost white, so I figured they'd be pretty easy to spot. I also tried to look in her ears, nostrils, in the folds of her skin such as in her armpits and around her neck and around her vent. I didn't see any on her.
Either way, I put her in a sterile tub and moved her away from the other reptiles who (I think) don't have mites.

Anyways, how do I treat a leopard gecko for mites? I've ordered Reptile Relief and Provent-a-Mite for my snakes, can I use Reptile relief on my leo? You have to spray it on your animal, and I heard you shouldn't spray a Leo cause it could get in their eyes. Any one had experience treating mites on a leopard gecko?

Clean everything out with bleach and hot water. Mite eggs can stay dormant for extended periods of time hence your case. Sorry haven't experienced any serious mite problems yet
