First time post because a bit worried.
Our 18 month gecko about a month and a half ago was carefree. Eating healthily, going the toilet on regular occasions and also a very social pet. We went on holiday for 2 weeks during sept at which point she stayed with our parents in a new setting. she was same old Lola (gecko name) there, tapping on the glass to socialise. Since we have gotten back, roughly a month, she has stopped wanting attention. She is still eating and going toilet. Any ideas as to what happened? Nothing in her viv has changed. Bit worrying for us as we dont want to lose her.

She is eating and pooping I don't understand, what are you worried about?

Also may I add that we did have her out at one point. She then walked backwards and fell off one of our hands. She was shaken at the time but she seemed fine for the rest of the night

Well just the interaction side of things. She used to enjoy coming out and sitting with us on the sofa. She is now either fast asleep or doesn't come near her door

Sounds normal to me. You was not there so she got use to staying in the tank. She's fine.
