Hello everyone. I'm very worried about my Leopard Gecko as he is really not doing well. For a couple of months now he has been very disinterested in food and not eating, and his stool is green. He had been maintaining a decent weight, but the past 2 weeks he has been losing a decent amount of weight.

We feed him meal worms and crickets, make sure he has calcium, he has a hot hide with a heating pad, a moist hide, and a dark hide. The only problem I can think of is that the room he is in can sometimes get hot and humid in the summer..

I'll attach some pictures to show what's happening to him.

This is a picture from June 24th of this year, when I started to get concerned with his lack of feeding:

Here are two pictures of stool I found in the terrarium recently:

I'm also pretty sure at this point I'm going to have to take him to the vet, as this seems to be parasites. Also, would somebody who may be knowledgeable if I have to do this be able to give me an estimate of what I may be looking at price wise for such a trip, and potential treatments?

Thank you for the time.

Unfortunately, cost varies widely with location for vet services. If you need to know, ask ahead of time what their fees are for office visits and fecal parasite testing. Medication shouldn't be too expensive for worming if that's necessary.

Looks like he might have contracted a parasite. This could occur from poop not being picked up or even feeders being infected. I suggest a fecal sample from a vet, it may be pricey sometimes, but if he's young then it's worth a few bucks to keep him alive and healthy for many years to come.
