Leopard gecko terrarium size

I am thinking to get a Leo very soon but don't know if I can use my current cage. It is quite big. The dimensions are 24" x18" x18" , 24" being the height and the 18"x18" is the length and width. Please tell me of this is okay size.

That should be a good size, I've got one in an 18x18x12 (12 is the height)

Here is a picture of the cage with my bearded dragon. It has a ruler so that you can see how big it looks in real life.

It's kinda tall since leos don't climb but other than that it's fine.

It's fine, but you can get something arboreal in there, and get a leo in a standard 10-20 gal.
Is the beardie going in a bigger tank?
