Leopard Gecko Throwing Up?!

Hey so I needed to spray my leo's toes with water to help get shed off and I had no idea this was happening. So about two to three minutes ago I sprayed his whole cage and his toes, and I don't know if this has much to do with it, but he started opening his mouth and sticking his tongue out, and I could tell it was trying to throw up. So it went to the edge of the cage and started again and then started shaking like it was having a seizure, stopping, and then it threw up. Someone please tell me what's going on!
PS I also attempted to feed a meal worm right before this happened, and even before that he drank water out of the water dish.

This may be a problem that needs to be taken to the vet instead of waiting for an answer. Throwing up is not too common in leo's though it does happen every once in a while. I'd say that if it happens again then a vet visit is necessary. As long as he keeps eating, pooping, and temps are right then he should be fine. Also, do you have a humid hide? I use a plastic sandwhich box with hole cut in the top. I put paper towel in there and spray it down daily. I use this method for all 9 of my geckos and I have never had to help with a shed. With a humid hide there should be no need for assistance
