Leopard gecko vomited this up... what is it?

I've had my female leopard gecko for probably 8 months now (housed alone). She's always been a good eater and usually wouldn't eat a couple of days before laying eggs. About a month ago she wouldn't eat so I figured she was going to lay soon, but she didn't (she's only laid eggs 2 times). She's only eaten twice since then (once about 5 meal worms and then only 1). It's been well over a week now since she's eaten. I was by her tank and saw her come out a few minutes ago and she puked up this thing. I can not tell what it is. Any ideas? I was planning on taking her into the vet Tuesday to have her checked out anyway (earliest I can do it). She's still acting fairly normal and hasn't lost much weight at all since not eating.

My male Leopard went almost 2 months without eating not too long ago. He's eating like a champ now and was a difficult eater before that. They both eat meal worms out of the same container and have basically the same setup.

This is what she puked up. I'm guessing it's not food since that should have all been pooped out by now. She also only eats meal worms with the occasional Phoenix worm or horn worm thrown in if I have any, which has been months. Any clues?

I didn't even think of that and that could definitely be it. The last time I noticed her shedding was at least a few weeks ago. Not sure if she has since then. With just the red light in her tank it's hard to tell when she's getting ready to shed. I've had my male Murphys Patternless for 2 years and have only seen him shed once. That was only because he was right in the middle of doing it when I decided to clean his tank. The geckos are in a room that I'm not in much so I usually just see them during feeding time.

Once whatever it is dries up some I'll pull it out so I can take it to the vet with me.
