No, it is not a RAPTOR. RAPTOR is an acronym for Red-Eyed Albino Patternless Tangerine Orange. Red-eyes are a prime characteristic of RAPTORs. I'm not confident enough to make a guess on that morph... APTOR maybe? Whatever it is, I don't believe it is a RAPTOR.
