Hey everyone,

I just purchased a baby Mack snow online and I got him yesterday. He seemed to be doing fine yesterday. He was sleeping and I fed him at night and he ate. This morning I woke up and he was trying to climb up the side of the cage. Is this a bad sign?

I have a heat mat with a thermostat and it is between 93 and 95 F. The cooler side is about 78 F. Is there something wrong with my temperatures?

Anyone else have this experience?

The heating should be closer to 90, and that could be causing some stress. But remember, the environment is still new to it, so in a few days it should settle down. Right now, there are lots of new smells and sounds that it has to get used to. :main_yes:
