Just wondering what are the reasons why female geckos lick their vent?

My girl has started to lick her vent recently and does it quite often. I did a quick search on here but did not really find anything. Do you think it may be possible parasites?

Leos do clean themselves by licking. She may just be cleaning but it can also be parasites or something could be stuck in there.

Flip her over and check if u see any redness or anything unusual.

Nothing unusual. I think it's more than just cleaning herself as she does this quite often. I'll submit another stool sample to the vet. She had parasite eggs in the past...maybe they are back? Her behaviour is starting to change (sleeping WAY more than usual, not as alert, loss of appetite, loss 3 grams in two weeks, lack of a good/normal stool).

I just didn't know if maybe licking her vent was a sign of egg binding or about to lay eggs? (I don't think she has eggs but my other girl laid surprise infertile eggs when she was thin and showed no signs of even having eggs)
