Lighting in racks

I've been reading a lot about racks, now what I'm wondering about, how does everyone take care of the lighting in their racks?
Do you use natural light (the sun), or the light of the entire room?
Maybe a lamp for every tub? Or a fluorescent lamp along the back of the rack?
These are the solutions I can come up with, let me know what yours are.

no lighting is required. a window that alows natural light if you wanted light would be enough. i do believe that there are some people on the forum have their racks in their basement that doesn't get light unless they are down there.

remember leopard geckos are nocturnal animals that normally wouldn't see light anyway due to sleeping all day (kinda like me) lol

I keep my Geckos in the Garage and so there is no light for them, unless I go out and prop the door open or leave the lights on. They all seem to do fine and eat well like this. However even a nocturnal animal needs a little bit of light to be able to see. I guess the little bit of sun that goes through the cracks of the garage door is enough to let them see and at night the moonlight.
