I know leopard geckos do not need UVB lighting. but my thing is my tank is now moved to the bottom and is darker so i was wanting to get some lighting down there and i didnt know what is my best way. Regular light bulb fixture or go ahead with a UVB bulb?

If you don't need the light for additional heat, yeah a regular light is fine.

if heating isn't needed I'd just go with a Lights of America Undercabinet 18 inch fluorescent light fixture and a GE daylight bulb. Should run ya about $15 combined at WalMart.
