Which works better when dealing with a gecko that has an obvious calcium deficiency? Does the liquid work faster???

hes our lil rescue guy who was oridgenaly thought to have MBD... but now leaning more twords a spinal injury some how...

but in any case still good to know... wich is best powder or liquid?
