Little bugs in the tank? Mites?

So, I just noticed a few little black bugs in my glass tank 55gallons. Housing 3adult female leos. Now there's maybe 50-100s of these things. Are they mites? They seem to like the colder area of the tank and are around the humid hide and water dishes. Any ideas? How can I get rid of them? They don't seem to be hurting my geckos, they just look annoying to me. I recently stopped feeding crickets due to the noise issues LOL. I ordered 1000 mealworms and are now breeding them, could this be the issue? I also started feeding dubias. I just recently bought new reptile carpet. I don't know what could be causing this though. Please help! Any other info can be answered.
Thanks,
Jordan.

If you feed primarily crickets, then the little 'bugs' you are seeing may very well be pinhead crickets... especially if you housed your geckos on sand or other particulate substrate.

I've only used reptile carpet and I bought it after I stopped using newspaper. So, I don't think it's pinheads. I took everything out and boiled/baked it then washed the tank and reptile carpet with ammonia then rinsed it clean. They're all gone, for now. Hopefully for good. It's weird because it was only in the big tank.
