D'awww...:) What a bunch of cuties! Do you find that you're Giants are very calm? I'm just curious if larger Leo are typically more relaxed as my Giant seems to think he's a Bearded Dragon! LOL!

They have seemed to adjust and calm down slightly faster than my others. They are still pretty young and small so a little feisty every now and then. The male seemed to calm down a little sooner than the female. The Female is top picture and the male is the bottom. I say male because he was temp sexed and Magical Gecko's seems to have a very high success rate with that but only time will tell for sure!

Very interesting. Thank you for that. I had expected Mylo (my male tremper albino giant) to be jumpy and flighty and he just plain isn't. I really think males and giants are just a touch more relaxed. Just my theory though. :)

I have some very docile females that want to get out and explore so they aren't that jumpy. I have one female that would just rather not be bothered though. I have one male snow that could care less about coming out most days but has no problem being picked up. He likes to climb up my arm and chill on my shoulder or head. I personally think out of the 7 Leo's I have the males are just more exploratory so they put up with the being handled just so they can get out of their enclosures lol but out of them all just the one female doesn't want to be bothered. 3 males 4 females.

That makes a lot of sense. Mylo seems to love coming out and will just stand there waiting to be picked up. He then uses me and the sofa as his own personal jungle gym but will sit still snuggled under my chin or surveying the land from my shoulder. So, I wonder if the new theory should be that a inquisitive gecko is more likely to be handled easily..?
-Such an interesting creature! I wish I had discovered Leo's years ago!

Lol me too but I just discovered them at the end of last year and they are putting a severe drain on my wallet already lol! Hopefully the small breeding program that I want to build as start up next year helps off set my addiction to these guys!
