I have ordered from them before. My experience was with feeders. Took 7 days from I ordered to when I got it. Also they ship standard ground so your order shows up whenever Fed Ex or UPS decides to deliever it. I had to wait untill 6 pm.

I love lll r use them all the time I just recently bought a 260 gallon mesh tank and two live plants I think shipping was pretty standard about 5 - 7 days I am yet to order live feeders due to hot weather here =[ I will say when I got my Larger ficus from them I took it out back to switch pots and sprary it down and at the bottom of the plant crunched up was a used wrapper (Guess what it was) made me pretty sick. The plant is nice so I got over it
