I contacted this guy back in august about a leo he was looking to sell, and things got a bit rocky with my finances for a while, so I had to call the deal off. I figured he'd found her a new home already, but he sent me an email earlier this week, asking if I was still interested. I have room for another leo, so YOU BET I'm still interested! He named her Moka. She's about 7 months old, and she looks pretty healthy to me. Incredibly skittish (understandable because of age and the ride over), but eats like a horse. I tossed a small dubia into her cage just to see if she might be a bit more of an active feeder than Eris is. To my surprise, as soon as the roach hit the paper, she sped out of her hut and snatched the roach up. So I tossed another in, and she greedily consumed it as well. She seems quite active so far. He didn't know what exact type she is, but I think she's a high yellow, maybe patternless? I'm not quite sure. Too many spots to be a hypo.
Anyways, here are some pics
Wanted to get a good look at her, to make sure there wasn't any stuck shed or anything like that
I brought Eris out to meet Moka, separated by glass, of course. Eris didn't show any aggression. Moka did wave her tail a bit, which is to be expected from a subadult/juvenile who's just been relocated.
