Looking for a Scale

There are plenty of good scales available on E_Bay relatively cheap. You could get a good one for about $35 shipped.

I've been looking for a scale for a while but my needs far out weigh just leo's so I needed something that would weigh over 500 grams but this is what I've had suggested to me so far

True. This is what I did. I bought a starfrit for 16$ in sale. It measure in grams, ounces and quart.

I picked up a postal scale from walmart for $20

i bought a digital scale from HEB (food store) for $20. it works very well and measures in grams and ounces.

Ironically, I found a weight watchers and some other scale (spring, not digital) at a thrift store for about $1.

I've seen the WW spring scales. This might be ok but will take more time from you to continuously calibrating it due to it being a spring. Eventually, you will want to invest in a scale. If you can find one that will measure done to the tenth of a gram, this would be great.

I just picked a digital scale up at walmart. It reads gams and ounces. It was $29.98 and its the best scale i have ever owned. My last sclae crapped out on me and i paid a little over $80 for that one. My new one from Walmart blows my old scale away. This scale is well worth the $30.

The good thing about the scale is that its large, and comes with a tray. So I can weigh male large adutl dragons with out a problem and with the tray the geckos can't escape.

I bought a scale off of haddaway's from ebay or they have a regular online store. The scale I got is a pocket jewlery scale and has a brushed aluminum tray and a clear lexan plastic cover and blue backlight. It goes up to 300grams and it has a .01 gram capability. I love it and it cost me 2.99 and 12.00 shipping so it was around 17.00 altogether. I believe that this was a great deal. I have seen these go fo 45.00 plus elsewhere.

Though digital would be great, i just bought a rack....my pockets are shallow right now and im not selling my kids, so no need for digital now....but it would be nice.
