Lost my first baby.

It's a really long story, but UPS messed up a shipment not once, but twice. The little guy didn't make it. I've been so upset all weekend. This is the first gecko I've lost.

One of the first geckos I shipped out died in transit because of a UPS mess up. I have not had any other issues since then.. I wish the same for you.

Thank you. I get so attached to my geckos. It's so sad to lose one, especially when it could have prevented if the employees did their jobs correctly. I hope I don't have any more problems with them.

I am sorry to hear that the lil super snow didnt make it Kristi, Fortunately our Eclipses made it here save and are doing great... we did everything we could to make sure that the SS was going to make it back alright..... Bill and I are Very upset that the SS didnt make it

Thank you. It's not your fault at all. I'm glad the eclipses made it there safely. I would have been heartbroken if they all passed away. One was bad enough.
