Lost Toe / Cleaning?

Someone looked after my gecko while I was at school, but I don't know how well they took care of her.

She recently lost part of a toe on a front foot from a constricted shed. The end of the toe has a black dot.. is that normal healing, or should I clean her in someway too? I gave her a warm soak.

Also, I don't know if he washed out her cage much. I washed everything and its all clean, but should I wash my gecko someway too? Just so she's all clean and not germy, or would it not really matter?

The black spot at the end of the toe is dead from cutting off circulation. It will probably come off on its own. If the black spot spreads, get her to a vet.

You can give your gecko some soaks in lukewarm water, up to her belly. Unless something
is caked to her, she shouldn't need much more cleaning up than that.
