Tangerine Tornado is the specific line from the Urban Gecko. Lots of folks around here have SHTCTBs but not as many have animals from that specific breeder. You may have a bit of a wait for the sporadic posters to visit again to see lots of pictures :)

Thanks very much for that heads up. I am def a newbie but yes I'm aware thats a TUG line and I considered them for a purchase so I am trying to see if people would share/post their personal pics here of that line so we can all see their beauty!!!!! (since they are some of the higher priced tangs around) and I would love to see actual posts and pics of peoples TANGERINE TORNADOs if they are out there........who has a Tangerine Tornado that wants to show them off here?!?!?! anyone????, come out come where ever you are!!!!

Tangerines are a challenge to photograph accurately. Shadows, and small changes to the amount of exposure affect their brightness and coloration significantly and some of the misrepresentation is unintended. However, it's obvious that some breeders are deliberately exaggerating their color, which IMO, is detrimental to the hobby. Breeders that engage in this questionable practice (I'm not saying TUG does, we've never dealt with them) put pressure on other breeders to do the same in order to compete. Therefore, I'm glad to see a large breeder accurately representing this morph.

Go to geckosect.com and go to their SHTCT section. You'll see accurate representations of tornados. TUGs pictures are very misleading. Hope that helps.
