Lygodactylus kimhowelli

I went to Repticon Tampa today with the intention of picking up supplies. Then I saw someone with some teeny tiny geckos and for $8 I couldn't resist. I bought what was sold to me as a cape dwarf gecko, but after some googling I am 100% positive it's a kimhowelli.

I can't find a lot of info on them. I saw the caresheet on lygodactylus.com, but does anyone have anything more in depth?

I want to get at least one more lizard to go with him. He just seems so tiny in the tank and it's going to be very heavily planted. Do you think kimhowelli are common enough that my local reptile store could order them? Would another species of lygodactylus mix well and be easier to locate?

I wish I'd bought more than one, they're just adorable. It's just too far for me to go back to Tampa tomorrow though. :(

Ha, I gave him a few crickets dusted with calcium earlier. I was worried that they might be too big, but I just went to check on him and he has calcium on his mouth. :)

You said Tampa is to far to go back to tomorrow. I know some of the guys working that show, if you want I can see if they can pick you up some more and possibly ship them to you depending where your located. They live in the tri county. If they where only $8 it might not be worth the shipping cost. Anyways let me know if I can help.

I moved to Florida recently and don't quite know my way around yet. What's considered tri city?

I actually live near Port Charlotte. I know, it's not really that far but I need to hitch a ride and I can't ask someone to take me that far again.
