Try to get a blazing blizzard or blizzard het tremper to utilize the blizzard gene, but Thorston is right on.

Here's the simple version of Thorsten's figures

25% mack het tremper 50% het bliz
25% mack snow tremper 50% het bliz

50% het bliz means you have a 1 in 2 chance of it carrying the blizzard gene recessively.
