is there any way to tell visually or will i have to breed them to be certain?

The eyes will show some degree of eclipsing, even if it's slight. (Unless you mean het Eclipse) Snows eyes tend to look solid black as hatchlings and eventually change to look normal for Snows.

mack snow enigma eclips = black hole. they have eclips eyes

mack snow enigma has normal enigma eyes

yep, exactly nigel.
i have two black-eyed mack snow enigmas... just wondering if they are or aren't eclipses as well.
i've seen an ms enigma with solid black eyes. don't know how it looked as it grew tho.
the cross was TAE het raptor male x giant ms het raptor

mack snow enigma has normal enigma eyes

My MSE does not have 'normal' enigma eyes...no eclipse genes here..
