Well he's my second leo, I got him last weds. We became buddies today and his name is Haruko! I heard of the stange behavior in enigmas, but I've never witnessed it. Haruko likes to stand in his water dish, he also moves his head like Stevie Wonder, but he's so sweet!

You probably won't witness strange behavior from an Enigma from Albey :main_thumbsup: We have the sister to Haruko (love the name!), I believe.. do you know the parents of that one?

Thanks, Haruko is Japanes for spring child. I got it from the link for names you posted on another thread. Yes, I saw his parents on Albey's website. Haruko doesn't turn circles, but he moves his head like he wants to turn around but it's like he's confused. He doesn't do it often, only when he's in a corner. Maybe he's rubbing his snout on the glass?

I am very fond of Japanese names.. and well, Japanese anything really :D My dream is to one day be able to speak the language fluently too :main_yes:

Our Mack Snow fascio. E from Albey does the head thing too now that I think about it. Also when she is eating, she does this really weird head-shake, like catching food and shaking it is going out of style!

How pretty! Sorry to bust the bubble, though, but the "Stevie Wonder" is actually a pseudo-veterinary term for bilateral vestibular syndrome. Instead of just tilting to one side, they are essentially 'tilting' to both sides at the same time, leading to head swings that look like Stevie Wonder.

Cat that is more head-shakey, but you can see it a bit.

Thanks for clarifying! I didn't know how else to describe the motion!:main_cool3:,
Thanks, everyone for the compliments!
