Okay, so I understand the ratio for this pair:

25% Super Snow Patternless
50% Mack Snow Patternless
25% Patternless (no MS)

and I know that the Super Snows have pure black eyes...but how do you distinguish the difference between the MS Patternless and Patternless hatchlings?

Thanks..

It'll be distinguishable. Mack snow Pat / normal pat have a different color than each other at hatchling I'd say off the top of my head. I'd have to double check but im pretty sure the color will show u which is which

It's easy to tell when you have them in your hand. I can add a few pics here.

Thank you for posting the pics! One other question, the mack snow patty hatchling looks so dark underneath the white..do they eventually turn pink? because one of my ms patties is totally pink, but only het. for rw albino..and our other ms patty is almost completely white, not het for anything

the ms patty albino is absolutely beautiful!

Thanks!

Great pics Littiz!! Thanks! Baby patties are gorgeous.

Here's a pic of a slightly older one. Mine did have a hint of pink to her. But it was soon replaced with a yellow undertone.

Lottiz,

That second one is gorgeous!! The girl above came from Alex. She stayed pretty dark too. Changes alot based on her mood. Part of me wonders if it's just based on the incubation temperature. Do you happen to know what the temp was on the one in the second pic?

**sorry, I forgot to add the girl from my last post is a Mack Snow Patty, not albino or het**

We actually do not have any patty babies (yet), I was just asking ahead of time, although we will have a few in about three weeks :) thanks to all for your help!

here is a pic of our Snow Patternless female
ryx1.jpg

the lighting is pretty good in this one, you can see how she is pink, with very little yellow

here is another of her..she is on the right, and a regular Patty is on the left...better lighting in this one

I was just getting highly confused since she is so pink and not even albino

I don't have any pics of the male yet and I don't want to steal the pic from the website! But here is the link so you can see him:

http://www.acreptiles.com/avail/MaculariusSeptember2007/LG-S10b_small.jpg

now he has a tinge of yellow, but is still very white...perhaps they will just make pinker/whiter offspring?

One other thing since you brought up incubation temps. Our MS Patty above was incubated at 81 degress for 56 days (thanks to Paul Sage for keeping those records!)

All three of the babies are females. No 1 and 2 om 80F(27 C) and no 3 (albino) was incubated on maletemp 89,6(32C) but it's a girl.

No2 was sold to france. here is some more pics of her. Like a soft vanilla icecream!

Those are some very beautiful pics!!

Thanks Lottiz! I think that the patties are one the coolest looking geckos, especially as hatchlings! I'll be sure to post pics once ours hatch!

Great pics guys!! Thanks!! They're all gorgeous!!

Sort of squashes the idea of low incubation temps. Thanks for the info.

How about a picture of a Mack Super Snow Patternless hatchling... I was hoping this thread would include a picture of a hatchling MSSP so I could compare all three hatchlings. I have eggs from a MSP x MSP cooking so I would love to see a MSSP just out of the egg...

Great pictures guys/gals...:main_thumbsup:

I'll toss up mom and dad...
