does anyone know the difference between a mack snow and a normal?
i know that mack snows are born with white bands and develop their yellow color as they age,
but what if you see and adult, how would you know if its a mack snow or a wild type given that their both yellow bodied with a lot of black pigmentations all over from head to tail?

The easiest way to find out is to ask the breeder.
Normally only lower end MS's "yellow out" to the point they look like a Normal. A higher end MS, when it reaches adult size has a more pastel/faded yellow color, the tail usually has no orange in it at all, and they tend to have some lavender coloring showing on the body. All that being said every animal is different and the fool proof ways to know are get the information from the breeder or test breeding.
