She is eating great, but I am seeing some equilibrium problems when she gets stressed. It reminds me of the enigma syndrome, but she does not have any enigma genes. I have read other places of a white & yellow syndrome, but it is not a confirmed diagnosis. Anyway, I will be keeping her, and of course..not breeding her. Hopefully, this problem will not get worse. ): IMG_1153.jpg

Can you tell us more about the white and yellow syndrome? What are the symptoms you're looking for? She's beautiful. I hope she stays healthy and everything works out for the best!

I have been trying to research it. There was a segment on GeckoTalkRadio about this. I think it is still too early to actually say there is a "White & Yellow Syndrome". However, some breeders, like myself, are stepping up, and admitting that we are seeing some symptoms. Mainly the symptoms seem to be neurological, and affecting the equilibrium. They wobble their heads, and will stagger, and flip when excited. Some breeders said it was so bad that they were banging their heads on the floor, and sides of the cage. My little girl right now just does the "Stevie Wonder" head shake, when she gets excited. The mother shows no symptoms.

She is 6 weeks old and 16 grams. Still having the occasional head swaying problems, when she gets stressed. I have moved her into a 16 QT tub, and she adjusted just fine. She has no problems catching the worms or crickets. She will be my special girl, that I plan on keeping, and studying this syndrome. I need to come up with a special name for her. IMG_1562.JPG
