Madagascar Hissing Roaches

I have 5 of them that I got a few weeks ago at a reptile show here in Illinois and they have started to breed alot. I knew this would happen sooner or later, but can the babies be fed to leopard geckos of all sizes if the roaches are of correct size?

I would hand feed them, as they can climb glass well and will get out of the tank.
