Making some adjustments for my 2 new geckos

A couple of days ago, after doing some (apparently) incomplete research, I purchased 2 female geckos (4-5 months old) and put them together in a medium-low Exo Terra. with uth controlled with rheostat, CHE, digital thermometer, cold, warm, and moist hides. They seem to be doing fine although they have only eaten a single cricket and superworm each.
After reading more about concerns with bullying and other problems created by housing multiple geckos together I am planning on getting another setup exactly the same and separating them.

The substrate I used in the existing tank is a simulated slate vinyl stick and peel flooring cut to fit. I read some concerns with with this type of flooring related to the adhesive. The flooring is so nice in terms of keeping it clean, no gecko slipping, no feeders getting underneath, conducting heat - I can't imagine it heating up enough to cause any problems with dangerous fumes.

Does my plan of building another tank just like it in order to separate my two females sound reasonable and/or necessary? Looking for opinions before I spend more money than I planned.

Here is a picture - warm hide is on the left, moist in the middle (tupperware with coco fiber inside of rock hide, cold hide on right. They are kind of obscured in the picture due to the black frame of the exo terra. Ceramic heat emitter on top.
