So I posted a thread earlier saying that I've been having trouble gaining trust with my male gecko and basically I have been trying to gain trust with my male gecko after holding my female since he likes her scent. I did this little by little. Now it seems that after her scent wears off, he will bite, hold on, and thrash when I try to move him. He doesn't run like he's about to die (so to speak) any more, but he will literally just sit there with whatever is in his mouth until I try to move him, then he will thrash his head back and forth. I left him for 5 minutes with my shirt in his mouth (as seen below) to see if his behavior changed at all and it didn't. I'm not using her scent from here forward as this worries me a lot, but he seems a lot more calm with her scent (he runs REALLY fast to the point where I can't even thoroughly check if he is healthy) which is why I ask. Any suggestions answers or advice are appreciated. Thank you!
Please note that these pictures were not provoked or that I tried to have him do this for the sake of the pictures. I quickly snapped this before I put him in his enclosure and this is not a regular occurrence.
