Since I have had few eggs, few hatchings, no male hatchings..but I have seen two males lock on to each other......would some one please tell me if two male clutch mate hatchlings ( for instance ) just out of the shell, would they get it on? I assume yes. Thanks....take care.HJ

I wouldn't think that hatchlings could get anything on since they aren't sexually mature.

Although I've never seen this happen.. Are you saying that you have seen this happen, or are you just wondering if it could happen? At first you say you have no males but have seen two males doing this?? I don't understand your question really..

To fight or not to fight?

Yeah, sorry, my wording did make it a bit confusing. I should have said, "but I have seen two (not hatchlings but young ) males lock on to each other..... I'm trying to prepare for hatching out some males and I didn't want one to get hurt if they started fighting that early. My appreciation for your responses. Take care. HJ

That would be a good reason to seperate them. Males tend to fight each other. Also because you have to keep males seperated, most breeders don't hatch many males if they do at all because of space.
