Male or Female?

Is there anyway to tell if a 1 month old gecko is a boy or girl?Idk I need a name.I got Liz from my old gecko if my new geckos a boy..She passed away April 25th,and I got her April 6th.I'm currently calling my tangerine Larry.

Sorry, there isn't much chance of being able to tell if your gecko is male or female at this age.
