i don't no the difference between a male and a female.

Males will have a V-shaped row of pores just in front of the vent, and bulges at the base of the tail. It's pretty easy to notice, if the gecko in question is old enough to sex. Females won't have either!

Just do a couple searches, and you should see the differences pretty plainly.
