I usually incubate for females, because I can keep them together. However, if I want a particular morph, I would probably incubate male because I can breed it with multiple females a year.

Not to sound like a jerk but if your asking this you shoulden't be breeding geckos
I mean does it matter to you if you'll be waiting around 60 days or 90 days? More time=less chance of survival in my opinion

He never said he was breeding, he was only asking a question.

Females are good because they can go into group communities but if you have enough spare room it's good to have some males too. Personally, I think a 3:2 female to male ratio would be perfect. If you just offer females you may be losing some potential clients who are looking for a specific male morph. This year I've decided to play around with the median temp to incubate for 50/50 male & female.

Eggs incubated at a higher temp (most likely male) and will develop faster thus, hatch sooner than eggs incubated for females.

Eggs that have a longer incubation time seem to hatch out larger/fatter/generally healthier babies.

I don't mind waiting... good things come in time.

I currently have two incubators set up. one set at 82 and the other at 88. I put one egg from my females in the 82 and the other in the 88. that way I get a chance of getting a male and a female. Its just how I do it.

again no.. I don't have a problem with you.

You said you have done research but you dont know that it takes longer to hatch females over males..

When I started learning that was one of the first things I remember learning

You are right! It's a conspiracy! But what if, meow, you, meow, incubated at really, meow, high temps and got one of those "hot" females, meow?
