I plan on breeding my 3 males with up to 3 or 4 females each. I planned on introducing the male to each female seperatly(for like 2-3 days with each). Is it gonna be too stressfull to keep moving the males around all season to keep the females fertile. I've had problems in the past with getting infertile second or third clutches because I didnt put them back with the male. :(

well, everyone does it differently. myself, i put my male with a female and usually i see them breed right away. i leave the pair together for about 3 days then put the seperate the male for a few days to get a meal in him and rest. Then i introduce him to another female. Sometimes the males show no interest in eating because they sense females in the area during breeding season, so they lose some weight.
You dont have to keep re-introducing the male with a female throughout the season. If you can see that the first clutch looks fertile, then that female should be set for the season. If she doesnt appear pregnant after 2-3 weeks then you could reintroduce the male. as long as the male doesnt lose too much weight, it should be fine to put him with 3 females.

It's actually a good idea to reintroduce the male to the female after she lays her third clutch. If your females are first year breeders, it will be normal for some of their clutches to be infertile. Just keep a close eye on the male to be sure he continues eating and you should be fine.
