Marbled Gecko Eggs?

Someone I know is selling their pair of Marbled Geckos. I might purchase them and was wondering what the care is required for eggs. I don't have an incubator but I read they need kept at 80-82? If so my room stays about 80. I would like to know how to correctly go about caring for them until they hatch without an incubator.

Can I use a heat pad under a container?
Cheap home made incubator??

Just need some care tips. Would also like directed to a care sheet on Marbled Geckos. I am inexperienced with breeding but not reptiles..

Thanks!

As far as care sheets any anything on any species go, a little research goes a long way.

Anyways, for room temp incubation, I know some people who keep Tokays "just stick them in a closet" until they hatch. Though, being you aren't experienced with incubation (and nor am I) I'd suggest just buying an incubator, or doing a little research on the incubation of the species.
But, what I've seen with the snakes and Tokays, if you have the right temp, take the eggs and place them in a semi-moist container with whatever your choice of incubation material may be. There is quite a variety. Also, do not flip the eggs over. They could die that way.

Hopefully this was a little helpful.
