mating injury

Hi all,
Looking for some info/advice on what seems to be a mating injury that occurred to my male leo. It seems that one of his "bulges" popped out of his body and is visible underneath the base of his tail. I know the first thing everyone is going to say is bring to a vet, which I will do, but there are none available this time of day so it will have to be hopefully tomorrow if I can get him in to the 1 vet I know of that deals with reptiles here.

thats water on him atm, as soon as i noticed i gave him a warm bath

That would be Hemipenal prolapse.
it may go away within 24 hours
or it will never and need surgry to have it removed
they often get infected.

you MUST keep the tank SPOTLESS and no sand or loose substrates.

but yes it needs a vet if it doesnt retract in a day or so

I had this happen to one of my guys once. Sugar bath is supposed to help. Also there is some useful stuff in here that might help:
