May have an egg layer!

One of my girls is digging up the wet hide a lot more then... well ever! Is she wanting to lay eggs, and if so what should I provide her. I put in a cup with some hatchrite, but they will not enter. What should i do?

The best thing I have found is coconut fiber- the ground-up kind, not the chunks.
